What to include

• The email address used for ValX.
• Your booking reference and booking date, where relevant.
• A concise description of what happened and what help you need.

Do not email a password, verification code, full payment-card number, bank-login details or identity document. ValX will provide a secure method if sensitive evidence is genuinely required.

Account and privacy requests

To close an account, use the account-deletion page. For access, correction or another privacy right, email support with the subject Privacy rights request.

Private beta status

ValX is currently preparing an invited private beta. Live payment and public booking are not enabled on the investor demonstration website.
